Pat without knowing what vitamins you are I can't advise. If it is a multi-vitamin it probably has additional benefits, but I would check to make sure that you aren't getting too much of what the Chia's provide by taking a vitamin & 4 tablespoons. Sounds like you are taking great care of yourself! Good for you!!
Marge - thanks for coming by today & learning about my favorite yogurt mix in - Chia Seeds! If you can mix 2 tablespoons into your daily food intake you will get ALL the vitamins, minerals & nutrients I listed in my post. That's is ideal. But even 1/2 that, one tablespoon is easy to do in a cup of yogurt. That amount is going to go along way to improving your health as well.
